HALFWAY TO HALLOWEEN VENDOR AGREEMENT
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the event organizer, Halfway to Halloween (“Organizer”), and the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) for participation in the Halfway to Halloween Vendor Show (“Event”).

2.1 No Refund Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to vendor cancellation, expulsion from the event, or revocation of acceptance.
2.2 Attendance Requirements
Vendor is required to stay for the full duration of the event. Early departure is not permitted and may result in being barred from future events.
2.3 Permits for Food Vendors
Vendors selling food items must submit all appropriate permits with their application. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from participation without refund.
2.4 Thematic Requirement
At least 75% of all items for sale must be Halloween, horror, or similarly themed. Organizers reserve the right to request the removal of non-compliant merchandise.
2.5 Rain or Shine
The event will proceed rain or shine. No weather-related refunds will be issued.
2.6 Late Arrival & Forfeiture
Vendors must arrive and be set up prior to the designated start time. Late arrival will result in forfeiture of space with no refund.
2.7 Liability Waiver
Vendor agrees that Halfway to Halloween is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims that may arise from participation in the event.
2.8 Fire Safety
Open flames are strictly prohibited inside all buildings at the venue.
2.9 Payment Terms
If accepted, Vendor agrees to remit full payment within 14 days of acceptance notification. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of space.
2.10 Revocation of Acceptance
Halfway to Halloween reserves the right to revoke acceptance at any time without refund or to request a vendor to leave the premises for any reason without refund.
3. Acceptance
By submitting an application to participate in Halfway To Halloween, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms of this Agreement.
